Shipping costs and whatnot...

Post by PtDoughnut on Tue May 08, 2012 2:44 am

In canada it is very hard for us to find specific paintball apparel or equipment, which requires us to order from the USA...

This morning fedex called me and told me i owe them $333 in duty affraid .... I immediatly looked into it and don't have to pay, they thought it was buisness related and was for resale.

anyone else have any shipping horror stories?

I have one from Raza Jerseys... bunch of good guys got me all fixed up though. I still recommend them for their products. First they shipped me a jersey with a mispelled name which i had to ship back, then they shipped me a jersey that wasnt put together, then i got the first mispelled jersey back (accident shipping) and then a few days later recieved the correct jersey with a bonus canadian jersey.

Nothing big, just ordered a jersey and the shipping was $18.00... I mean the shipping was more than the cost of the jersey itself. I was kinda mad, but not as bad as yours Doughnut. Haha

not ordered paintball kit from outside the UK, but have ordered hockey kit from both Canada and US with excellent speedy service. only had to pay tax on one lot. customs wouldnt allow it to leave airport without paying for it! LOL

Why would you? Planet eclipse is sitting on your doorstep! I would have applied 100 times for a production job. Assembling guns and being a Eclipse tech would be sooooo sweet.

fingers crossed. might be an eclipse tech next february!
